As part of Canon's COME & SEE Project, their recent story features '24 hours on the Galata Bridge, Istanbul' following acclaimed videographer Callum Whiteley and photographer Adrian Morris as they documented the lives of those living on either side of the Galata Bridge. You can read more about this vibrant city here.
Canon’s COME & SEE project aims to encourage people across the world to take up photography and open up their eyes to the world around them. Another project that lies within this is 'EXPLORE', to seek and capture unique perspectives, personal passions, ignite interests and drive emotional connections.
Canon challenged YouTuber's Ben Brown, Steve Booker and Will Darbyshire to explore their favourite city and encapsulate what their city means to them through a series of photographs and a documentary film, all realised through the advanced technology of Canon.
Using their amazing filmmaking and photography skills, Ben, Steve and Will took us on a personal guide through the city of London, exploring their private, personal and hidden corners of the city along with their insights, techniques and processes behind them.
Ben Brown was equipped with the Canon EOS M3, perfect for capturing fast paced action.
Steve Booker handled the Canon EOS 750 D, with the ability to capture incredible detail in stunning panoramas to the various surfaces of the city.
Will Darbyshire took control of the Canon Powershot G7 X, with highly calibrated light sensors and a lens providing incredible control of low-light and background blurs.
To the left you can catch a glimpse of their journey through London. More images can be found on their Instagram's. (Links below)
